Instructions for Booking an Apartment with London Short Stay

BROWSE APARTMENTS: All available apartments in London are listed under the tabs Studios, 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedrooms at the top of the page. To see detailed information about an apartment, click on the "More Details" link.

REQUEST A QUOTE: Once you have chosen an apartment provider and wish to enquire for availability and pricing, enter your intended arrival and departure dates on the left hand side and click the "Send Request" button.

SELECT ROOMS AND DATES: You will see a list what type of rooms are available, a maximum occupancy per room and the provider’s standard rates for the respective room-type. Under ‘Room QTY’ drop down boxes, select the quantity of apartments you would like to enquire. When finished with the selection, click the blue ‘Request a Quote’ button at the bottom of the page.

Some accommodations can be booked and confirmed online while others are on request basis, meaning that you must fill in a form and wait for the provider’s response (which may take a few hours).

Should the provider have opted in to accept direct bookings without first providing a quote, you will be given the option to do so by selecting the "Book Now" button which will be visible at the bottom of the page.

CONTACT INFORMATION: Under ‘Contact Information,’ enter your personal information. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields.

DEPOSIT: The book now option requires you to provide the apartment provider with your credit card details for a deposit and to confirm the booking. Please note that London Short Stay will not charge your credit card! Deposits for bookings are paid directly to the accommodation provider.

FINAL SUMMARY: Your final enquiry summary will appear. If you’d like a printable summary for your records, select the ‘Print this page’ button. We will send an email confirmation of this enquiry to the provided email address.
